Book Today

An engaged generation

Today's youth are perhaps the most aware of the importance of maintaining good mental health. Still, large numbers of them face issues that they struggle with. Finding the right support that suits their needs.

One of the challenges in getting help is finding a counsellor who is of a similar religious and cultural background, one that can understand the interplay between the two identities we have living as minorities in our countries.

Our counsellors at Ibn Sina Sanctuary are qualified to help with a range of things that the youth of today may face.
