Community programme
Suluk
A psychospiritual wellbeing programme rooted in Islamic tradition, designed to nurture the mind, soul, and community, together.
What is Suluk?
The guiding philosophy of our wellbeing project.
Suluk embodies the guiding philosophy of our Ibn Sina Wellbeing Project, dedicated to fostering the emotional, spiritual, and mental growth of our community. Our workshops are designed to inspire the Muslim community to cultivate self-awareness by delving into the powerful synergy between faith and mental health, ultimately fortifying their spiritual path.
In Islamic spiritual tradition, suluk refers to the inner journey, the conscious effort to grow, to purify the heart, and to draw closer to one's purpose. It is not a destination. It is a way of walking.
Community engagement
For the Ummah.
Suluk serves as the cornerstone of our psychospiritual education initiatives, offering a wide range of programmes designed to enrich both individuals and communities. We provide interactive workshops for the general public, specialised training sessions for professionals, and comprehensive online courses accessible to everyone.
We also facilitate corporate wellbeing sessions that integrate Islamic psychology into various organisations. Our goal is to equip the Ummah with the language and tools necessary for self-understanding and personal growth.
What Suluk is built on
01
Community
Suluk brings together Muslims who are on a journey of healing. People who understand what it means to carry the weight of dual identity, expectation, and quiet struggle.
02
Reflection
Through facilitated sessions, group discussions, and guided practice, participants are invited to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters.
03
Connection
You are not alone. Suluk creates the conditions for genuine human connection, the kind that doesn't require you to explain yourself from the beginning.
