A free 15 minute phone consultation with a counsellor to discuss your concerns and aims, and whether counselling is the right option for you

Trainee Counsellor
£10
Our most affordable option, with sessions costing just £10 each. You will have at least six weekly sessions.
Sessions last for 50 minutes each, with fees payable before each session
03.
Qualified Counsellor
£30
At a cost of just £30 per session, you will have at least six weekly sessions with a qualified counsellor.
Sessions last for 50 minutes each, with fees payable before each session
