I'm an integrative counsellor and founder of Ibn Sina Sanctuary, where I bring together psychology, faith, and compassion to support people through their healing and growth. My work centres on helping clients restore balance between mind, body, and soul, offering a calm, reflective space where you can safely explore your emotions, reconnect with your values, and rebuild your sense of self and faith at your own pace.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive frameworks alongside Islamic psychology. I work relationally, focusing on understanding your story, emotional patterns, and inner world. Together we explore themes such as attachment, identity, trauma, self-worth, and spiritual disconnection, supporting you to move towards wholeness, emotional regulation, and alignment.
