About

At some point in our lives, we all feel overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of support. I am a Trainee Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). After many years in the academic, public sector and corporate field, I decided to retrain and become a counsellor, building upon my existing skills and expertise to help support those who need it. I am an intuitive counsellor who is passionate about bringing positive change to people's lives, offering a safe, compassionate, confidential, and non-judgmental space in which the client will be heard, seen, and supported through their journey of self-awareness and change.

Approach

I am trained as an integrative counsellor, bringing together different elements, specifically person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT therapies, rather than a single stand-alone approach. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, perimenopause and menopausal issues, long-term health conditions, and bereavement.
